I'm sorry, I tricked you! There's still nothing really here. But I have plans!

Fiction-wise, I am midway through a short story. This will be here soon. It's possible in the future I will post some excerpts from a novel that I am no longer able to finish due to my prior co-author becoming ethically bankrupt. In the future I would like to try again on my own. Perhaps that previous story will morph into a new one that is entirely mine; in this vein I am especially interested in adapting it visually.

Non-fiction wise, I plan to review the album 'Sound of Silver' by LCD Soundsystem. This will probably appear on RateYourMusic but I will link to it from here. Apart from that, I have been going to therapy and inhaling philosophy at a rapid pace, sometimes at the same time (it is my fault that my therapist has a phD in whatever "poststructuralist theory" is supposed to mean). I have been thinking of writing a piece on self-help books, microfascism, jordan peterson, and deleuzoguattarian approaches to wellbeing. Leading on from this general area I would like to write about Fleabag and sad passions. Therapy has been an extremely illuminating experience for me and so this is what most of my thoughts are focused on right now.

As I am writing this I am procrastinating an essay for my university course. All of the above will take me a while, and probably materialise once I get back to Taipei and can engage again in an ordered routine. I've been thinking of submitting somewhere. It's nice to have ambition. Bye!
